Monsoon (July–August): The surroundings turn lush and green, but frequent rain may disrupt outdoor activities. Winter (December–February): Snowfall and sub-zero temperatures make it more suitable for winter sports like skiing, but road conditions can become difficult.
By Road: ABVIMAS is located in Aleo, just about 2 kilometers from Manali’s main bus stand. It can be easily reached by auto-rickshaw, local taxi, or even on foot from central Manali. By Air: The nearest airport is Bhuntar (Kullu-Manali Airport), around 50 km away. From the airport, regular taxis and buses are available to reach Manali. By Train: Though Manali doesn’t have its own railway station, nearby options include Joginder Nagar, Chandigarh, and Ambala. From any of these, visitors can reach Manali by road.
